This is a full-time SAM Technical Consultant position focused on ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and customization. The role involves configuring ServiceNow Discovery, integrations for various publishers, SaaS integrations, and cloud cost management. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and software asset management principles.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Spearhead the configuration of ServiceNow Discovery for various publishers.
- Setup integrations for SCCM, Jamf, ILMT, and SAP.
- Configure SaaS integrations for major publishers (Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce).
