SAP/4HANA CRM Team Member Architect

We are seeking an SAP/4HANA CRM Team Member Architect to join the CDC modernization program at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This role will focus on the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and delivery of S/4HANA Customer Management (CM) functionalities, ensuring a stable and well-documented solution to mitigate migration risk and achieve program goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience and a HS Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a functional or technical role supporting SAP CRM or S/4HANA Customer Management.
• Strong analytical background in SAP solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Experience in managing defect resolution and supporting functional teams.
• Knowledge of Change Management, Release Management, and Configuration Management best practices.
• Experience working in production and non-production SAP environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
