The company is seeking an experienced SAP/4HANA CRM Team Member Architect to support the modernization of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The role involves configuring, testing, and delivering S/4HANA Customer Management (CM) functionalities, ensuring stability and efficient solutions for migration risk mitigation. The architect will contribute to system analysis, solution delivery, and troubleshooting of both S/4HANA and ServiceNow systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience and a HS Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a functional or technical role supporting SAP CRM or S/4HANA Customer Management.
- Strong analytical background in SAP solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Experience in managing defect resolution and supporting functional teams.
- Knowledge of Change Management, Release Management, and Configuration Management best practices.
