SAP Basis Lead

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an SAP Basis Lead to manage and maintain the SAP landscape. The role involves system administration, database management, system landscape planning, performance monitoring, and collaboration with other IT teams. This position is responsible for the technical administration of SAP environments and ensuring system reliability and performance. e.l.f. Beauty focuses on a highly curated, cruelty free beauty product portfolio and a company culture emphasizing team collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of SAP Basis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, administration, and best practices
• Deep understanding of SAP cloud integrations
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA database administration
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflow/ticketing/integrations
• Experience with system performance, volume testing, tuning and optimization
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• SAP certifications in Basis/HANA administration (highly desirable)
