We are looking for an experienced GTS (Global Trade Services) Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate should have deep functional and technical knowledge GTS, experience with end-to-end implementations, and the ability to liaise with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- BE/BTECH or MBA
- 4+ years in SAP GTS
- Domain expertise in Sales and Distribution
- Strong experience in Delivery, Shipments, Picking, packing, WM interface topics
- SAP S/4 Sales process understanding and good exposure
- Incident Management: Log, track, and manage incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) in compliance with SLAs
- Excellent problem-solving, consulting and decision-making skills
- Handling incident, problem tickets, service and change request in SAP
