We are recruiting an SAP Service Manager (m/f/d) SAP Basis to provide support for SAP Basis team covering implementations, upgrades, migrations, hardware sizing and landscape design. The role involves managing ERP and related ServiceNow tickets with prioritization, tracking, and escalation. The preferred locations are Rastatt, Germany and Krakow, Poland.
Requirements
- Collaborates with business to define, prioritize, track, and escalate ServiceNow tickets of SAP and local ancillary systems with interfaces included.
- Collaborates with internal, external, local and global resources on SAP and related support.
- Work with OS & DB Administrators for optimal SAP Performance.
- Manage system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/ TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling.
- Daily monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting and tuning of all SAP systems.
- Collaborates with business to fully understand business processes, identify business issues, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for documentations and knowledge transfers.
- Works flexible hours and weekends to meet business/ customer needs.
