SAP Technical Specialist/SAP Business Analyst III

We are seeking an exceptional talented SAP Technical Specialist/SAP Business Analyst III - Hybrid. The candidate will gather, validate, and document business requirements, serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, and provide specialist application expertise to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BS Degree with 4 or more years of experience.
• 2-year degree with 7 or more years of experience.
• 10 or more years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Understanding of SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP, etc).
• Proficiency in SAP transaction codes and system navigation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
• Experience with SAP configuration.
• Experience with HYMH Project Management Method, including project control techniques (work plans, scope control, task dependencies, etc.).
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with business improvement processes.
• Proficiency in business analyst skills, including understanding business needs, eliciting and managing requirements, analyzing and documenting requirements, validating and verifying requirements, formulating solutions, and communicating effectively.
• Understanding of audit and compliance requirements.
• Excellent PC skills, including Windows-based applications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticket system is desirable.
