ScienceLogic Engineer (SL1)

GDIT is seeking a Sr. ScienceLogic Engineer to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Center for Information Technology (CIT) Operations Management Support (OMS) team. This role will require supporting the SL1 platform, to include all upgrades and maintenance; enhancement of system features and configurations; and responding to customer requests for custom monitoring needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• 5+ proven years of experience installing, configuring, and daily administration of ScienceLogic SL1 at version 12.x or higher required
• 5+ Years utilizing ServiceNow Ticketing system
• Experience with user training and writing documentation
• Must be able to obtain and hold a Public Trust clearance
