Scrum Master / PM

Albemarle is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master/PM to lead agile delivery across various enterprise platforms and intelligent automation initiatives. The role involves fostering agile best practices, removing impediments, and driving digital transformation. It focuses on modernizing legacy systems and accelerating business agility through cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects across SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshworks, Celonis and RPA/AI chatbot platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation and digital transformation initiatives.
