A Security Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks across on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves driving the adoption of zero trust principles, secure DevOps/DevSecOps practices, and advanced threat management.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in security architecture, covering on-premises and Azure environments.
- Expertise in identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PIM), and identity management.
- Strong knowledge of platform security, including network security, firewall, WAF, DDoS protection, and API Gateway management.
- Experience with zero trust architecture implementation and enforcement.
- Proven track record in application security and secure SDLC practices.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps/DevSecOps, including setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls.
- Deep understanding of data protection strategies and technologies.
- Advanced threat management skills, with experience using Microsoft Sentinel and similar tools.
- Ability to design and document security solutions at both HLD and LLD levels.
- Expert in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
- Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in relevant security frameworks (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, ISO 42001 Lead Implementer) are highly desirable.
