Requirements

Strong PowerShell and Python coding skills
Experience with CrowdStrike policy building
Understanding of Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX
Self-starter with ability to investigate issues and administer platforms independently
Tier 3 technical support experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA
Experience with system hardening, vulnerability analysis, and compliance validation
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Okta
Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash
Experience with integrations with Zscaler, Cloudflare WAF, and other core security platforms
Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
Strong technical troubleshooting skills in networking, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, VPNs, and endpoint security
