Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in cyber security, IT operations, or technical support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with enterprise security tools (e.g., identity providers, firewalls)
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
• Consistent approach to following procedures and identifying improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
