Senior ServiceNow Consultant needed for high-performing implementation team. Candidate should have prior experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, knowledge of ServiceNow applications, and experience with agile methodology.

Requirements

• Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only
• Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
• Aware of best development practices during implementation
• Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
• Experience with integration frameworks in ServiceNow
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team
