This Senior ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department and client needs. They should be able to work in a dynamic environment, manage timelines, and collaborate within a team. Experience with ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, etc., is essential.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow
- Experience developing ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) in ServiceNow Platform
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with 3 full cycle implementations
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Strong Interpersonal and Independent work skills
