Senior ServiceNow GDN Consultant required to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs of the IT department. Must have strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of any ServiceNow module.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- ServiceNow integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON / ServiceNow Scripting
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of any ServiceNow module
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Very good knowledge of the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
Requirements Summary
