This Senior ServiceNow GDN Consultant role focuses on developing technical solutions for the IT department and contributing to global client implementations. The position requires strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills, along with hands-on ServiceNow experience and ability to integrate systems.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script etc.)
- ServiceNow implementation or development experience (3 full cycle implementations)
- Knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
