This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role requires an individual with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. The candidate should have prior experience with ServiceNow, particularly Service Now Integration, and possess strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills to deliver effective solutions to IT and beyond.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience.
  • Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.).
  • ServiceNow upgrade hands-on.
  • Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process.

Requirements Summary

3+ ServiceNow years, experience with ServiceNow Integration, and strong communication/analytical skills. Must have ServiceNow implementation & development experience
