This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, building and maintaining ITSM modules, and supporting other developers. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, along with an ability to handle pressure and work independently, alongside a commitment to excellence in development practices and a solid understanding of ITSM processes.
Requirements
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM).
- Maintain knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.).
- Provide ServiceNow upgrades and implementations.
- Work with a global ServiceNow team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
Requirements Summary
3+ full implementation cycles of ServiceNow modules. Strong Web Technologies knowledge. Excellent communication & analytical skills
