The Senior ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of IT and beyond. This role involves developing ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM), providing implementation support, creating design documentation, and working with a global ServiceNow team. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are required.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
