The ServiceNow Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department and business needs. This role involves integration with various solutions, developing ITSM modules, and strong hands-on implementation/development experience with minimal 3 full-cycle implementations.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script)
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Strong ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full-cycle implementations
