Requirements
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Support other developers in ServiceNow integration.
- Implement ServiceNow modules, create design documents, and write unit tests.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.).
- ServiceNow upgrades, understanding ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and team work skills.
