This role is for a ServiceNow Consultant responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will create ITSM modules and support other developers with system integrations. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is hands-on ServiceNow implementation and development experience.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior ServiceNow tool experience
- ServiceNow integration experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.)
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- ServiceNow upgrade experience
- Strong knowledge of the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Ability to work Independently and with a team
