The Senior ServiceNow Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy IT department and beyond. They will contribute to ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) and support developers. Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation/development experience and a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices are required.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Experience with REST API / webservice / JSON
- ServiceNow Scripting
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent work capability
