This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role is critical in developing technical solutions for IT departments and beyond. Responsibilities include developing ServiceNow modules, implementation/development experience with minimum 3 full cycles, integration with existing systems, and ensuring best development practices. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow tool
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow integration (REST API, webservice, JSON) using ServiceNow scripting.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
Requirements Summary
Experience with ServiceNow, REST API integration, and 3+ ServiceNow implementation cycles. Strong communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of ITSM/GRC/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
