This Senior ServiceNow consultant role involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. They will be responsible for development of ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM), create technical design documentation, and support other developers. The candidate needs excellent communication skills, strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, and a thorough understanding of ITSM processes.

Requirements

• Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
• Prior working experience in ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow tool integration (REST, Webservice, JSON)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Minimum 3 full cycle ServiceNow implementation experience
• Creation of technical design documents and writing Unit test cases
• Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
