This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs and IT department requirements. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, alongside hands-on ServiceNow implementation and development experience. Experience with ITSM modules like GRC, SECOPS, and CSM is essential.

Requirements

  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
  • Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong ServiceNow implementation or development experience
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
  • Creation of technical design document
  • Writing Unit test cases
