Senior A/V Support Specialist

Strava is seeking a Senior A/V Support Specialist to ensure the reliable and user-friendly of audio-visual systems across its US and European offices and event spaces. This role involves A/V operations, support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT and facilities teams. The position is flexible, with a hybrid model focused on more than half the time spent onsite.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience supporting enterprise A/V systems and video conferencing platforms.
• Strong understanding of conference room technology (Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Barco, etc.).
• Proficient with Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams meeting platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting common A/V issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
