This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role requires someone with experience developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves developing ITSM and other modules, implementing and upgrading ServiceNow, and working within a global team. They will support other developers, create design documents, and write test cases to integrate with existing systems.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow tool development
- Experience with REST API, web services, and JSON
- Understanding of ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM)
- Hands-on ServiceNow implementation/development experience
- Knowledge of Web Technologies
- ServiceNow upgrade skills
