We are looking for a forward-thinking Generative AI (GenAI) Chatbot Developer to architect, implement, and continuously evolve intelligent, conversational AI solutions that transform the IT support experience. In this role, you'll lead the development of next-generation AI chatbots powered by large language models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and contextual automation — enabling dynamic, natural language-driven support for healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable GenAI chatbots to support IT functions, including incident triage, password resets, system diagnostics, and automated ticket handling.
- Leverage and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude) for use in conversational AI.
- Implement robust intent recognition, entity extraction, and contextual awareness using transformer-based models to ensure accurate and meaningful conversations.
- Create dynamic dialogue flows using decision trees and ML-driven interaction strategies, enabling adaptive, human-like exchanges across complex IT scenarios.
- Connect the chatbot to internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and SOP repositories using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Integrate with ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) to enable automatic issue tracking, routing, prioritization, and escalation workflows.
- Track and analyze chatbot performance metrics (resolution rates, user satisfaction, turnaround time), and implement iterative improvements based on feedback and data.
