Senior Analyst- Reporting & Business Insights

This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights through structured reporting on system health, performance, and incidents. The ideal candidate will translate technical observability data into meaningful reports and dashboards, supporting IT leadership and business decision-making. They will also contribute to a data-driven culture and support incident reviews and post-mortems.

Requirements

• Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking metrics and KPIs.
• Produce executive-level summaries, operational scorecards, and trend analyses for strategic planning.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of telemetry-based data.
• Maintain a central reporting repository and data dictionary.
• Participate in incident reviews and post-mortems.
