The Senior Application Specialist is responsible for implementing, supporting, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise applications, collaborating with business units, managing system upgrades, and enhancing user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in application support or implementation, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and/or industry-specific applications
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle), APIs, scripting, and system integrations
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
