You will work on technical and logical aspects of Application Support, keep up to date with technology, tooling, and required technical skills, and document troubleshooting steps and best practices in a knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the field of application support in a client-facing role
  • University Degree in Information Technologies or relevant experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
