Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • Top-Secret security clearance after 1 year of employment
  • At least four years of application support experience
  • Experience with SAAS applications
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux Operating Systems and scripting languages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and be self-motivated
  • Prior experience with service desk software
