Senior Application System Analyst (12 months contract)

Join Sobeys Inc. as a Senior Application System Analyst for a 12-month contract opportunity. As a key member of the Loyalty Solutions team, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners to deliver seamless loyalty and offers capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, API interactions, and data flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and vendor environments.
• Proven experience working in Agile teams, with the ability to write clear and actionable user stories.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, AgilePlace, ServiceNow, New Relic, and Confluence.
• Industry experience in retail, loyalty, or marketing technology preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure-based platforms, microservices, or cloud-native applications is a strong plus.
• Experience with personalized offer platforms, segmentation, or marketing automation tools is an asset.
