Senior Assistant Director - IT Planning, Architecture and Governance

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related disciplines
• Certified in TOGAF, ITIL, ISO 20000 or PMP is desired
• Minimally 12 years of relevant IT experience, with a significant portion dedicated to IT strategic planning, enterprise architecture, or IT governance roles within a large and complex organization
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing multi-year IT strategic plans and annual work plans, effectively aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals
• Hands-on experience in developing IT architecture blueprint and/or leading IT Service Management initiatives
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tool is a plus
• Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and aligning IT BCP procedures with organizational BCPs
• Experience in contributing to or leading IT capability development and training roadmap initiatives.
