  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting corporate services (including Travel, Expense, Meetings Management, etc.) preferred
  • Functional Skills: Customer service oriented and ability to demonstrate empathy, Experience working with ServiceNow and SAP Concur, Ability to respond quickly and thoughtfully to questions and concerns
