BNY is a leading global financial services company seeking a Senior Associate, Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join their Production Control team. This role supports batch requests and one-time changes, monitoring OLAs and SLAs, and handling application recovery across multiple Control-M scheduler environments. The team works with mainframe and distributed requests, handles abend resolution, maintains alerting, and collaborates with application support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 4 - 6 years of related infrastructure experience
- Experience with BMC Control-M, Broadcom ESP (Automated Workload Schedulers)
- Knowledge of z/OS
- Proficiency with TSO/ISPF
- Knowledge of JCL and mainframe utilities
- Unix/Windows OS knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
