The role involves batch request handling, incident resolution, and maintenance of applications in a hybrid, 4-day work week environment. This position focuses on monitoring and recovering all aspects of production systems and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
- 4-6 years of related infrastructure experience
- Experience with BMC Control-M, Broadcom ESP (Automated Workload Schedulers)
- Knowledge of z/OS
- Proficiency with TSO/ISPF
- Knowledge of JCL and mainframe utilities
- Unix/Windows OS knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
