The candidate will be a contributor on the ServiceNow Product Team within the broader Enterprise Technology Solutions department to support planning, execute, and operate ServiceNow and other enterprise technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience in IT
- 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps and/or GRC/IRM modules ) or similar platforms
- 3+ years performing data management activities
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT systems design
- Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM 4.0+
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps methodologies
- Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude
- Analysis and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Ability to write clean, bug-free code that is easy to understand and easily maintainable
- ITIL Certification
- ServiceNow admin/developer certifications
- CISA
