Senior Associate, Software Engineering - ServiceNow

The candidate will be a contributor on the ServiceNow Product Team within the broader Enterprise Technology Solutions department to support planning, execute, and operate ServiceNow and other enterprise technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience in IT
• 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps and/or GRC/IRM modules ) or similar platforms
• 3+ years performing data management activities
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT systems design
• Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM 4.0+
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps methodologies
• Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude
• Analysis and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Ability to write clean, bug-free code that is easy to understand and easily maintainable
• ITIL Certification
• ServiceNow admin/developer certifications
• CISA
• Low-code/COTS implementation certifications
