Senior Automation Specialist

Datacom is seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to design, develop, and implement automation solutions for clients in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves collaborating with internal and external customers, driving process optimization, and mentoring colleagues. The position requires an individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work, demonstrates attention to detail, and embraces a mindset of continuous improvement. The team is based in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and implementing process automation solutions
• Strong capabilities with automation tools and scripting languages
• Experience integrating systems and workflows within Microsoft 365 or comparable enterprise environments
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Australian Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Government Security Clearance
