This Senior ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, integrating with various systems, and supporting other developers. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills to lead a customer-focused IT environment and is ideal for those experienced with ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Experience with REST API / webservice / JSON
- Strong ServiceNow implementation/development experience (3+ full cycles)
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
- Strong knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
