The Senior ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department and business needs. This role involves full-cycle ServiceNow implementations and support for other developers, as well as creating technical design documents and writing unit tests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Creation of technical design document and writing Unit test cases
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Experience with global ServiceNow team
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
