Take responsibility for the system landscape, work independently and have a good understanding of priorities and task tracking. Support of existing client-server applications regarding error analysis and correction of issues and incidents with effective problem management.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering
- SQL & Oracle Database knowledge
- Very good knowledge of the ITIL framework regarding IT service management (especially demand management, service request management and capacity/performance management) and common ITSM solutions (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in Network Infrastructure, Server / Client Architecture
- Experience in Software Development and DevOps tools and workflows, experienced in software development practices, principles and tools like, Agile (SCRUM), Kanban, Jira/confluence, CI/CD, GIT, etc.
- Experience in Developing Java, XML, JSON
- Knowledge of Interface Technologies API, Webservices, CFT-Axway, MQ, API
- Experience in conception & implementation of complex IT-systems & applications
- Experience on Unix/Linux Shell and Windows Powershell Scripting is plus
- Advanced English Language. German is plus
