Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow

The Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD will work independently on tasks with up to high complexity, gathering, analyzing, and documenting software specifications. The role will focus on analysis and support for ServiceNow HRSD during the whole life cycle and close cooperation with stakeholders within Takeda. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for updating documentation, advising less experienced analysts, and collaborating with development, product/platform owners, QA, and others.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow
• 2+ years of experience in a ServiceNow HRSD
• 5+ years of experience in a business analysis area
• 2+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment
• Certification in Business Analysis (Recommended)
