Senior Business Analyst - Telecom, ServiceNow

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in process optimization, workflow design, and data projects. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver and critical thinker, comfortable asking the right questions to uncover insights and drive actionable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on process optimization, workflow design, or data projects.
• Hands-on experience with data cleanup, migration, and validation processes.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and translate business requirements into actionable workflows.
• Strong understanding of process mapping tools and techniques (e.g., Flow Designer, Visio, or similar).
• Experience supporting large-scale projects, particularly those involving system transitions or M&A migrations.
• Background in telecommunications or experience working in data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for process and data analysis, such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of M&A-related challenges, including integration of workflows and data.
