Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on process optimization, workflow design, or data projects.
- Hands-on experience with data cleanup, migration, and validation processes.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems and translate business requirements into actionable workflows.
- Strong understanding of process mapping tools and techniques (e.g., Flow Designer, Visio, or similar).
- Experience supporting large-scale projects, particularly those involving system transitions or M&A migrations.
- Background in telecommunications or experience working in data-intensive environments.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for process and data analysis, such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of M&A-related challenges, including integration of workflows and data.
