Takeda is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Innovation Capability Center in Bengaluru, India. The role will involve working on ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response domains, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Security Operations and Vulnerability Response processes, experience with ServiceNow, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Drive delivery of SecOps roadmap
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends and ServiceNow enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate security requirements into scalable, compliant ServiceNow solutions
- Analyse vulnerability and event data to identify gaps, recommend process improvements, and accelerate remediation
- Document business requirements, workflows, risks, and lessons learned to ensure transparency, audit readiness, and continuous improvement
- Guide IT and security teams in optimizing and automating vulnerability response processes using ServiceNow and security APIs
- Manage end-to-end implementation of the Vulnerability Response module
- Ensure integrated operations between ServiceNow, vulnerability scanners, and threat intelligence tools for comprehensive response
- Lead adoption of AI-driven automation for incident triage, threat enrichment, and remediation in vulnerability management
- Partner with operations and compliance to resolve issues, ensure best practices, and validate regulatory compliance
- Present demos, process enhancements, and recommendations to stakeholders to support security innovation
- Mentor junior team members and analysts to advance skills and strengthen SecOps capabilities
