Senior Business Analyst ServiceNow - Insurance Technology Services. We are looking for motivated consultants with 2-3 years of experience using the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the TPRM, ERM, or other related modules. The resource will be involved in implementation, configuration, and optimization projects on the platform.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of practical experience on ServiceNow, particularly with the TPRM, ERM modules or others
- Basic knowledge of configuring workflows, scripts, integrations, and customizations on ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is considered a plus
- Degree in technical, engineering, economic, or equivalent fields
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are a plus
