Requirements
- 2-3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow, particularly with TPRM, IRM, or other modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps)
- Basic knowledge of workflow configuration, scripting, integrations, and personalizations on ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
