ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant for its Customer Outcomes team. The role focuses on guiding customers in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of ServiceNow's ITAM Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management products, with the goal of accelerating customer outcomes. The consultant will work with key stakeholders to drive consumption, adoption, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least five years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an ITOM Service Delivery / Shared Services environment
- Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state ITOM processes
- Strong understanding of leading SAM and HAM engagements
- Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support
- Experience in analyzing and recommending ITOM strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
- Proven team player and team builder
