ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant for its Customer Outcomes team. This role focuses on driving business outcomes by guiding customers in transitioning business requirements to ServiceNow SAM and HAM products, optimizing ITAM processes, and identifying opportunities for customer growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and experience in influencing and consulting with clients on complex processes.
Requirements
- At least five years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in an ITAM Service Delivery / Shared Services environment
- Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state ITOM processes
- Strong understanding with leading SAM and HAM engagements
- Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills
