Senior Business Process Consultant (AI), Platform Products Expert Implementation Services

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (AI) to help customers achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance on leveraging AI-enhanced technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving and will be able to drive customer business outcomes by guiding them in the endeavor of transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow Generative AI products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult across various industries and business use cases
• Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes
• Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative & Agentic AI
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support using technologies
• Experience in analyzing and recommending strategies based on business priorities
