Senior Business Process Consultant (AI), Platform Products Expert Implementation Services

Senior Business Process Consultant (AI) responsible for guiding customers in leveraging ServiceNow AI products to drive business outcomes. Work with customers to define and deploy future-state business processes, identify solutions, and provide thought leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to support delivery and engagement efforts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult across various industries and business use cases
• Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative & Agentic AI
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Proven team player and team builder
